Be BRIGHT, Be Brussels! Spearheaded by the Brussels-Capital Region’s Minister of Mobility and Public Works, BME installed several light installations along the inner ring road in December 2015.
There were nine monumental installations by international artists. The route was lined with projection mappings, interactive art and non-stop entertainment.
